The Phala Bali is a local management company that serves as a nurturing ground for young talent, offering three unique accommodation options that emphasize a harmonious blend of comfort and local culture.

During my tenure at The Phala, extensive brainstorming sessions with the owner centered on optimizing every guest touchpoint to create a distinctive brand impression.

We began by selecting new amenities that embody our brand, meticulously curating materials, scents, and designs to resonate with the resort’s ambiance, local culture, and core values.

We opted for recycled paper for packaging and mahogany wood for the amenity bottles. Each shampoo, bath gel, and hand soap features a unique fragrance, carefully blended from several scents.

Additionally, a consistent fragrance was chosen for all three hotels, to be used in diffusers, aromatherapy, incense, and room sprays. This strategy is designed to enhance the brand’s presence and ensure it remains memorable.

Every element has been curated, conceptualized, and meticulously tailored to ensure a refined and cohesive presentation.
