The Phala

During my time at The Phala, the director gave the creative team ample freedom to express and translate our brand identity.

This collaborative approach has led to the creation of our Guest Information Book, a true reflection of the essence of The Phala.

It took a long time to finally launch and set up this book as one of the amenities in the room. Many hotels refer to it as a guest directory, containing information about facilities and sometimes menus.

However, I aimed to design something different—a guest information book that serves to guide and inform guests during their stay.

While creating this guest information book, I put myself in the shoes of a guest who wants to know the dos and don’ts of the area and seeks deeply local or grounded information that is often hard to find unless you’re closely connected with the locals.
